Ranking dos discos do Radiohead

Doug Moore, do site Stereogum, se propôs uma tarefa ingrata: fazer o ranking dos discos do Radiohead. É certo que vai dar errado. Alguém vai discordar [um amigo argumenta que "nem fudendo o 'Hail to the thief' é melhor que o 'In Rainbows'", no que eu assino embaixo, enquanto outro diz: "pra mim os dois tão no mesmo nível"], alguém vai falar que ele é / está totalmente equivocado. Mas o simples ato de tentar avaliá-los, hoje, um a um, já concretizados, merece respeito, mesmo. Mesmo que seja uma proposta inconclusiva, como essa:

After eight albums, Radiohead may be close to the end of their creative arc. The band has expressed growing (and characteristic!) dissatisfaction with the process of writing and recording albums. Said Yorke during the press cycle for The King Of Limbs: “None of us want to go into that creative hoo-hah of a long-play record again … I mean, it’s just become a real drag.” (Then again, The King Of Limbs concludes with Yorke informing the listener that, ”If you think this is over, then you’re wrong.”)
